Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on hbagee, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

Wagering Rules and Game Conduct

All wagers placed on hbagee — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, crash games, or fishing arcade titles — are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of results: The result determined by the game server at the time a round concludes is final. hbagee will not reverse or amend wager outcomes except in the event of a verified technical error on the part of hbagee's platform.
• Disconnection policy: If a disconnection occurs during an active wager, hbagee's servers will continue to process the round to completion. The result stands regardless of the disconnection. hbagee is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbagee's total liability to any user in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hbagee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or data loss, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• hbagee is not liable for failures, interruptions, or errors caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or acts of third-party payment processors.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Attempted or actual fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with use of the platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or corruption.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any prohibited technical means to gain an unfair advantage.

• Chargebacks initiated by a user against a hbagee-processed transaction without a valid dispute basis.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the time period requested by hbagee's compliance team.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, hbagee is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. In cases where no breach is established, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via a supported payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of hbagee, the following process applies:

Amendments to These Terms
